Refund Policy

  1. Because it is a food product, returns will not be accepted.
  2. If Korokoro Kitchen agrees that a meal was delivered to you in a damaged or spoiled condition, Korokoro Kitchen will replace the order and issue a voucher for another meal.
  3. We reserve the right to limit quantities able to be ordered by, or delivered to, Customers.
  4. Korokoro Kitchen shall be entitled to assume that any person accepting delivery of the Products is either the Customer or someone that is authorised to do so on behalf of the Customer.
  5. Ownership, responsibility and risk in the Products shall pass to the Customer on delivery to the Delivery Point.
